Meet Jessica!
I’m Jessica, a qualifying registered psychotherapist and sleep educator, based in Collingwood, Ontario. As an entrepreneur and mother of three, I understand how exhausting and hopeless sleep disruptions can feel, especially when they are impacting one’s ability to cope and manage. Through individual or family sessions and speaking engagements, I share my compassion, enthusiasm and knowledge of sleep science by spending time learning about your situation, examining the factors that are keeping you from feeling well rested and exploring solutions that will get you back on track and feeling like yourself.
